1.How can I make my reservation?

You can either:
- complete the secure online reservation form on www.parisgreencar.com,
- or contact us on +33 (0)1 85 08 06 03,
- or fax your request to +33 (0)1 82 83 39 81.

2.How can I pay for my reservation?

All reservations are carried out via our secure website and paid for in advance by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex).
Simply print your reservation confirmation and hand it to the driver when you arrive at the airport.

3.Is your website secure?

Our online reservation form is secure.

4.How long in advance should I reserve?

We recommend that you reserve at least 24 hours in advance in order to allow our team to process your reservation. However, we will do everything possible to handle any last minute reservations.

5.What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?

In the event of a cancellation by the customer, the following fees are payable:
- More than two days before the transfer date: 5% of the total amount
- The day before the transfer: 50% of the total amount
- The day of the transfer: No refund.

6.What are your office hours and operating hours?

Our offices are open every day from 6 am to 11 pm.
Our shuttle service operates 24h/day, 7 days/week.

7.What happens if my flight is late?

We will wait up to 1 hour and 15 minutes after your flight's expected arrival time. Beyond this time, we will do our best to ensure your transfer, but we cannot guarantee anything.

8.How do I know at what time I will be picked up for my departure?

The pick-up time is given on your confirmation.
Normally, we will pick you up 4 hours before your flight departure time.

9.Where are the pick-up and drop-off locations?

We provide a door-to-door shuttle service.
We pick you up from your arrival terminal at the airport and we take you to your address in Paris.
On the day of your departure, we pick you up from your address in Paris and drop you off at the terminal that your flight leaves from.

10.Which airports do you go to?

We go to Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Orly, and Beauvais airports.

11.How long does it take to go from Paris to the airport or vice versa?

The journey time depends on the traffic, and the pick-up/drop-off location.
We estimate the transfer time at approximately 1 hour.

12.Are your transfers private or shared?

Exclusively private.

13.What type of vehicles do you have?

We have Toyota Prius and Peugeot 5008 cars. They are stylish and ecological hybrid vehicles.

14.How much luggage can I take?

A Toyota Prius can fit up to three large suitcases and three items of hand luggage. A Peugeot 5008 can fit up to five large suitcases and five items of hand luggage.

15.How many people can ride in your different categories of vehicles?

A Toyota Prius can carry a maximum of three passengers. A Peugeot 5008 can carry a maximum of five passengers.

16.Do you offer a personalised service during transfers? If not, what is the extra cost?

We offer a personalised service for all transfers.

17.I don't understand where the rendezvous point is. Can you explain?

The rendezvous point is the place where your driver will wait for you carrying a sign with your name on it.

18.Do your drivers wear uniforms?

Our drivers do not wear uniforms, but they wear a suit and tie.

19.Are all transfers guaranteed in hybrid vehicles?

Yes, we guarantee that all our transfers are organised in hybrid vehicles.

20.Can we transport two adults and two children (under 12 years) in a Toyota Prius?

A Toyota Prius can carry two adults and two children (under 12 years), but if the total number of luggage items exceeds the maximum amount authorised we will have to organise this transfer in a Peugeot 5008.

21.Is there a surcharge if the driver has to wait at the airport or station? Do you check the flight times in real time?

There is no surcharge if a flight is late. If your flight arrives at CDG, ORLY or BEAUVAIS airport, your driver will wait for you after customs for a maximum of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Beyond this waiting time, if the customer calls our customer service, we will do our upmost to ensure the transfer, but we cannot guarantee it.
For arrivals at the train station, your driver will wait on the platform for a maximum of 30 minutes.
We use high-performance software, designed with the latest technological innovations. Our software automatically checks the flight's arrival time in real time three hours before the expected landing time.

22.Do you charge extra in the case of excess luggage?

We do not charge extra. However, we reserve the right to cancel your transfer. You must inform us in advance of the total number of passengers and items of luggage. We will provide you either with a Prius or a Peugeot 5008. Your hand luggage must not exceed the following dimensions: 56cm x 45cm x 25cm

23.Can you provide us with an emergency number, in case customers do not find the driver holding a sign?

Of course, we will provide you with our emergency number as well as our toll-free number.
You can call us for free (from a France Télécom payphone) between 6 am and 11 pm.

24.Is there a surcharge in the event that the customer asks for help with their luggage? How much does that cost?

Our driver must put the luggage on the trolley upon arrival and departure, this service is included in the price. Generally he expects to be tipped.

25.Do you do transfers outside of Paris?

If you want to be picked up or dropped off outside of Paris, please contact us.

26.Do you serve all suburbs?

27.Are your cars wheelchair-friendly?

No, none of them are.
